Sunday Worship Service |

10:00 am Coffee and snacks in the Fellowship Hall. 10:30 am Worship in the Sanctuary (Nursery and Children’s Church provided)
On a typical Sunday, about 150 people join in worship. Our music style is mostly contemporary, with some traditional. Song lyrics are projected onto a large screen, so you can sing along if you choose. In addition to music, we are led in prayer, listen to a 20-30 minute message, and sometimes join in ‘open worship,’ when people are invited to share or enjoy quiet meditation for a few minutes. An offering is taken during the service, but visitors are not expected to give. |

Sherwood Friends welcomes children of all ages! On Sundays, there is a spot for everyone from Nursery through 5th grade. (6th graders join the Youth Group.) When you visit, someone will greet you and introduce you to a class where you will find a warm welcome. |

We have a wonderful library with over 3,000 books! This includes an extensive adult fiction section, adult non-fiction, young readers section and beginning readers section. Over 400 VHS are also available. Books may be borrowed for 3 weeks and videos or DVDs for 1 week. All are welcome to make use of this wonderful resource. |
